Your Questions About Gift Certificates
How to give it as a gift, how long it's valid, and how the recipient uses it.
How do I receive the gift certificate?
After you make your payment, you will receive a unique validation code via email. You can print the voucher yourself or come pick it up at the center.
How long is the coupon valid?
The validity period is indicated on the gift certificate. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of receipt.
How does the recipient use the gift certificate?
He books his appointment online just like any other visitor, then presents his voucher at the front desk. Reservations are required; the center does not open without a confirmed reservation.
Can the coupon be used in conjunction with a package deal or a promotion?
No. A gift certificate cannot be combined with a package, plan, or other promotion, and only one gift certificate may be used per game played.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE AMOUNT OF THE VOUCHER IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THE CHOSEN ACTIVITY?
The amount of your gift certificate will be automatically deducted from the final price at checkout, and you'll simply pay the difference.
