Scouts and Youth Organizations

Ideal for youth groups

Scouts, youth clubs, Girl Scouts, and other youth organizations mainly visit on weekends, and school group packages are available to them under the same terms. Two rounds of laser tag, a meal break, a set price per participant determined at the time of reservation, and an invoice upon request.

From Monday through Friday, schools and youth groups can bring their own drinks and sandwiches. This is the only exception to our rule about outside food, and it helps us stay within a tight budget: the Basic Laser package, at €17 per student, covers both game sessions, and participants have their picnic on-site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions About Field Trips

The most common questions people ask before booking a trip with their students to our laser tag center.

01

What are the minimum and maximum number of participants?

School packages start at 30 participants. Basic Laser and Campus Party accommodate up to 300 participants, while Laser Frit'Day Cantine accommodates up to 150. If your group has fewer than 30 people, you can book two laser tag games for groups of 10 or more, at €22 per person. For groups of around 20 participants or more, a school package billed as if there were 30 participants is generally more cost-effective.

02

Do teachers and chaperones count toward the minimum?

Yes. Teachers, educators, chaperones, and members of the administration are included in the program and are counted as participants when determining whether the minimum of 30 people has been reached.

03

Do accompanying adults pay the same rate?

Yes. The school rate is the same for all participants, whether they are a student, a teacher, an educator, a chaperone, or a member of the administration.

04

On which days can we bring a class?

Monday through Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., by reservation. School field trips generally take place on weekdays, but weekend visits are also possible. School groups are not subject to the center’s public hours.

05

Can we get an invoice?

Yes. We issue an invoice with all the necessary information for your organization. We also accept reservations via purchase order.

06

Can students bring their own lunches?

From Monday through Friday, schools and youth organizations may bring their own drinks and sandwiches. This is the only exception to our rule prohibiting outside food and drinks, and it does not apply on weekends.

07

At what age can students start playing?

Laser tag is recommended for children ages 7 and up. The equipment is adjustable and suitable for children, teens, and adults alike. For younger children, mini-golf is open to all ages, and the bouncy castle is for children up to age 14.

08

How many participants can play at the same time?

Each arena can accommodate up to 30 players, and up to 44 when the connecting door between the two arenas is opened. For larger groups, we organize rotations: while one group is playing, the others take a break, have a meal, or enjoy other activities. This allows us to accommodate up to 300 participants, depending on the package.

09

How long does a field trip last?

The duration depends on the package and the number of participants. Campus Party lasts about three hours. For large groups, the duration and rotation schedules are adjusted so that everyone can enjoy the planned activities. The final schedule is confirmed with your school before the field trip.

10

Will our group be the only one in the center?

School groups are never mixed with children's birthday parties. For a small school, several schools may be present at the same time. For large groups, it is possible to reserve the center exclusively, depending on the number of participants, the date, and the planned activities.

11

Are outdoor activities included?

Yes. The bouncy castle and the outdoor obstacle course are included in the school packages when weather conditions permit their use. The bouncy castle is open to children up to age 14.

12

What happens if the number of participants changes?

When you make your reservation, you provide an estimated number of participants, which becomes your reference number. You must confirm the actual number no later than 15 days before the event, and at that time, you may reduce the number by up to 20% below the reference number, provided it remains within the minimum and maximum limits of the package you selected. After this deadline, the confirmed number becomes the basis for billing, regardless of any absences on the day of the event. If you do not confirm within the deadline, you will be billed for the initial reference number.
