On weekdays, Monday through Friday, a group package guarantees a private game. On weekends, multiple groups may be combined depending on reservations and the number of participants.
To enjoy an atmosphere better suited to a group of adults, we do not recommend the Saturday and Sunday time slot between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. This is when we host the most children and birthday parties. On weekends, it’s best to start your day at Laser Magic by arriving in the morning, or to end your day with us starting at 5:00 PM, perhaps with a dinner package. This recommendation isn’t a requirement, but it will generally allow you to enjoy an atmosphere better suited to your group. On weekdays, our hours are much more flexible.

Open 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., by advance reservation. Group packages are not subject to public opening hours. The center can open specifically for your group if the minimum requirement for the package is met.

Yes, subject to certain conditions. The event is shown on the giant screen in the main hall and is primarily available upon request for groups of at least 30 people. Availability depends on the date, time, and the center's occupancy; please inquire and confirm in advance.

Available upon request, primarily for groups visiting on weekdays. Availability and conditions depend on the date, time, and number of participants. Please contact us before booking.

When you make a reservation, you provide an estimated number of attendees, which becomes your reference number. You then confirm the actual number no later than 15 days before your event, and at that time, you may reduce the number by up to 20% below the reference number. For a reservation of 100 people, you can therefore confirm between 80 and 100.
After this deadline, the confirmed number becomes the basis for billing, regardless of any no-shows on the day of the event. If you confirm 86 people and 60 show up, you will still be billed for 86. If you do not confirm by the deadline, you will be billed for the initial reference number.

Various halal and vegetarian options are available, and we accommodate certain allergies and intolerances, including gluten. All special requests must be specified in advance at the time of reservation. Chicken Laser is entirely halal, and the Pizza Party buffet features a vegetarian pizza and a halal chicken BBQ pizza.
