Can we come to play or eat without making a reservation first?
No, reservations are required to access the center. We are open only by prior reservation. Open play sessions are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Wednesdays from noon to 5 p.m. during school breaks. Group packages can be booked 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where are you located, and do you have parking?
Laser Magic is located at Leuvensesteenweg 331 in Vilvoorde, on the northeastern outskirts of Brussels. It takes about 15 minutes by car from Evere, 20 minutes from Schaerbeek, and 25 minutes from downtown Brussels. Brussels Airport is 10 minutes away. Our free parking lot has 150 spaces and can accommodate cars as well as four to five buses.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. There is a bar and restaurant on site. There is one exception: Monday through Friday, schools and youth groups may bring their own drinks and sandwiches.
What happens if the exact number of participants changes before the big day?
When you make your reservation, you provide an estimated number of guests, which becomes your reference number. You must confirm the final number no later than 15 days before the event, with a possible reduction of up to 20%. After this deadline, the confirmed number becomes the basis for billing, regardless of any no-shows on the day of the event. For children’s birthday parties, adjustments can still be made up until the day of the event.
