Your Questions About Laser Magic

The most frequently asked questions by phone and email. Each activity and each package has its own FAQ on its page.

01

Do I need to make a reservation to visit Laser Magic?

Yes, reservations are required, and the center does not open without a confirmed reservation. Open play sessions are held on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Wednesdays from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. during school breaks. Group packages can be booked 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

02

Where is Laser Magic located in relation to Brussels?

Leuvensesteenweg 331 in Vilvoorde, on the northeastern outskirts of Brussels. It takes about 15 minutes by car from Evere, 20 minutes from Schaerbeek, and 25 minutes from downtown Brussels, whether by car or public transportation. Brussels Airport is 10 minutes away. Parking is free and has 150 spaces.

03

What can you do at Laser Magic?

Two laser tag arenas, each 500 m² in size; a 12-hole outdoor mini-golf course; an arcade with virtual bowling, air hockey, foosball, and Boxball; a karaoke room with a giant screen for groups; and a restaurant with our own kitchen. Laser tag and mini-golf must be booked separately; the other areas are included in your visit.

04

At what age can you start playing?

Laser tag is available for children ages 7 and up, and the equipment can be adjusted to fit both children and adults. Mini-golf and the arcade are open to all ages. The bounce house is open to children up to age 14. Dark Mode is reserved for ages 16 and up.

05

How many people can you accommodate?

One arena can accommodate up to 30 players, and up to 44 when the connecting door between the two arenas is opened. For larger groups, we organize rotations between laser tag, mini-golf, the arcade, and meals, which allows us to accommodate up to 300 participants depending on the package.

06

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed. The bar is open throughout your visit, and group packages include a meal. The only exception: Monday through Friday, schools and youth groups may bring their own drinks and sandwiches.

07

Is there a coat check?

There is no coat check. Coats and bags should be left at your group's table. Lockers are available for valuables; ask at the bar for a key.

08

What happens during a game of laser tag?

If you arrive before your time slot, a three-minute instructional video will explain the rules, and then our team will provide you with a vest and a marker. After the group photo, you’ll have 30 seconds to enter the arena and hide. The game lasts 15 minutes; the vests automatically deactivate at the end, and the scores are displayed on the screens.
